Cristo e la filosofia nel pensiero di Antonio Rosmini

Abstract

Every aspect of Rosmini’s thought is linked to his Christology and can, therefore, be called Christocentric. According to Rosmini, the human search for wisdom is a restless and sorrowful wandering, which can be satisfied only with the coming of Christ and the establishment of a new friendship between man and God. Christ, who is exemplary cause of creation and Master of holiness, is incarnate wisdom which illuminates the soul, broadens the intellect’s capacity and makes possible the unity of knowledge and love.
