Call for Papers Vol. 8 - No. 2

The Trento Student Law Review is now accepting article submissions for Vol. 8, No. 2 (Dec. 2026).

The deadline for submissions is September 13th, 2026 (23:59 CEST).

The Board of the Review encourages submissions from legal scholars, practitioners, and students on any topic of interest to the legal community. Papers must be submitted through the Review's Open Journal System platform.

The selection is not first-come, first-served: all submissions received by the deadline will be considered comparatively on the basis of formal compliance, scientific quality, and the Review's editorial planning. Please follow the submission process at this link.

From Volume 8, No. 2, the Review's AI-related requirements apply: any use of generative AI must be transparently disclosed as specified in the Author Guidelines, and all cited sources must be real, verifiable, and accurately reported.

Well, this new law review fills a gap. Those who carefully follow what is happening in the Italian university environment, those who have understood and understand what has happened and what is happening in the Trento Law Faculty, those who are sensitive to the symptoms and indices of new needs and new vocations in the world of culture find confirmed, in the event that is announced, what the history of the Trentino Faculty, the current reality of the Faculty, the atmosphere that is breathed in that Faculty, make plausible, make possible, make real.
