Da Rosmini a Paoli

L’educazione dell’infanzia nel secondo Ottocento secondo il ‘metodo rosminiano’

Abstract

This introduction provides a brief contextualization, within the pedagogical debate of the 1860s and 1870s in the Austro-Hungarian Empire and in the Kingdom of Italy, of the birth of the “Antonio Rosmini” kindergarten in Rovereto (1873) and the unpublished writing dedicated to it by the Rosminian Francesco Paoli. This issue’s “Hors de la page” section also proposes three hermeneutic contributions dedicated to Paoli’s small treatise, entitled Il cono pedagogico dell’asilo d’infanzia di Rovereto (here published for the first time), which succeed in claryfying its genesis and highlighting its originality.
