Abstract

The text traces the close friendship between Franco Purini and Roberto de Rubertis, which developed between the Valle Giulia Faculty of Architecture and the Faculty of Engineering in Perugia; a bond built on a shared passion for architecture and drawing, considered a ‘conceptual place’ that defines a set of fundamental relationships in design and construction.
