Abstract

The article introduces the theme of the upcoming issue of ADP. Specifically, it aims to illustrate the relevance of the reflection carried out by Hans Kelsen (1881-1973) in the well-known essay on public and private law, translated into Italian and published in 1924 within the Rivista Internazionale di Filosofia del Diritto [International Journal of Philosophy of Law].
