Abstract
This article treats the phenomenology of power by Vittorio Hösle. He distinguishes two disciplines: cratology and politics. The first means a power which is only interested in itself and whose only goal is the self-implementation. Politics means a power that endeavors for need and rights of citizens. At the end will be discussed how religion can offer a coordination in the sphere of ethical policy and a contribute in the formation of a global ethic.
