Tra morale e diritto: il Rosmini di Giuseppe Rensi

Abstract

Giuseppe Rensi should undoubtedly be included among the thinkers who played a critical role in the fortunes of Antonio Rosmini in the twentieth century. Indeed Rensi frequently cites Rosmini in his own work. Although one probably cannot talk in general of Rensi’s actually having produced a real interpretation of Rosmini’s thought, there is definitely an almost constant dialogue between them – containing both positive and negative opinions of Rensi on Rosmini’s work – which deals mainly with ethical and philosophical-juridical questions.
