Starting from Rosmini’s discussion on the issue of foreigners’ rights, the article analyses the author’s thought about justice and individual human rights. It has the following two aims: first, it aims to emphasize Rosmini’s modernity; second, it wants to explain what kind of natural law theory Rosmini refers to, clearing up the interrelationships that our author establishes among right, anthropology, and moral philosophy.
