This article illustrates and discusses Rosmini’s thinking about the limit, a specific category of non-being that is present in every human being and in every limited entity. Our first aim is to distinguish between “limit” and “deprivation”, in order to present Rosmini’s anthropological perspective as an attempt to define human progress and not to mortify humanity. Therefore, the article is focused on the following themes: human limits and human errors during the cognitive processes.
