We wish to dedicate this Volume 4, Number 1 to the memory of Professor Rodolfo Sacco, who, in the face of many sceptics, clearly indicated the potential of a student-run law review. The tribute to Professor Sacco is based first and foremost on his support for our Law Review, publicly declared at the time of its foundation (read his introductory note to volume zero), but also and above all because Professor Sacco's writings represent for all of us students of Unitn Law a fundamental crossroads at the time of our first impact with the study of law.

Read more about Publication of Vol. 4 - No. 1The announcement of Professor Rodolfo Sacco's death is a source of great sorrow for all of us at the Trento Student Law Review. We warmly remember the support and encouragement with which he welcomed the establishment of our Law Review, for which he wrote the opening note of our first volume - Issue 0. A founding father of studies in comparative law, Professor Sacco's works are a point of reference for all law students since the very beginning of their studies at the University of Trento Law Faculty.
His passing will leave a void in the academic community.
