Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission is original, it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere and it contains work not previously published in elsewhere (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor);
- Any third-party-owned materials used have been identified with appropriate credit lines, and permission obtained from the copyright holder for all formats of this journal. Authors acknowledge their responsibility to gain all permissions prior to submission;
- All authors have given permission to be listed on the submitted paper. The corresponding author is responsible for the approval of the work by all co-authors, for the providing correct and complete affiliations of the authors, and for stating the adherance of all autors to the Review's Authorship Guidelines. He/She is authorized to speak on behalf of the authors;
- The author(s) commit to report any conflicts of interest which may have influenced the achieved results, the argued theses or the proposed interpretations. The Authors shall disclose if any funder of the research or of the project from which the article is derived exists;
- Footnotes should conform to the latest edition of the Maroonbook.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in this template;
- The file(s) comply with the anonymity precautions.
- The article is in Microsoft Word (.docx) or OpenOffice (.odt) format;
Copyright Notice
The copyright on the texts published in the Trento Student Law Review remains with the respective owners. The Review allows authors to retain publishing rights without restrictions.
The Trento Student Law Review is distributed under a Creative Commons license Attribution - Noncommercial - Share-alike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain copyright and grant the Trento Student Law Review the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in the Trento Student Law Review.
- Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in the Trento Student Law Review.
- Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work (See The Effect of Open Access).
Once accepted for publication, the final version of the paper must be provided. A completed and signed copyright form, which will be sent by the Editorial Team, must accompany each paper. By signing the form the author states to accept the copyright notice of the Trento Student Law Review. This copyright notice for authors is also included in the copyright acceptance form.

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
