Abstract

The article deals with Emilio Betti’s thought on the general principles of the Fascist legal system, as set out and published in the 1943 volume dedicated by nineteen scholars of the time to Studies on the General Principles of the Fascist Legal Order. After a general introduction, necessary to frame the topic, the Author focuses on the three issues addressed by Betti in his work.
